Little Kanawha District Strategy Development
The Little Kanawha District Strategy Development Team seeks to provide educational opportunities for leadership within the local church.
We accomplish this through our annual Leadership Training Event, held each January. And through the District College of Discipleship, typically held the first Saturday in April of each year (except 2010 which will be held April 17). Each course is can be used as advanced credit for Layspeakers and also qualify as continuing education for our pastors.
Another important education oriented District team is the District Layspeaking Committee. This committee provides District laity two opportunities each year to take Basic Layspeaking and Advanced Layspeaking courses.
